WarningSo I ordered my weft from Goo Goo, received it, and the color was wrong, so I needed to return it. It’s just about impossible to return the product they make it incredibly hard. There are bad reviews of people trying to return the product imperfect condition, unused, and not getting a refund. You also have to pay for shipping to return it. I’ve tried several ways of returning this and have not been successful. They don’t answer emails. They don’t answer phones and if you do send your hairpiece back somehow you’ll never get the money or refund for it or even a replacement. I was absolutely pissed. So now I have a hairpiece that I cannot use. It does not match my hair. The quality of hair is very good customer service and trying to either get your money back or replacement if you don’t get the color you want is going to be impossible so in that fact, the company is crappy very disappointed and was very excited to get it and they let me down and I’m stuck with a product I don’t want. Never been worn in perfect condition security tag still on, but I cannot get a return or an exchange. It is impossible to get in contact with them bad company I can find wonderful hair on another site. They will never get my business again, and I will make sure my clients as I am a stylist will not buy from them as well.
